Step 2 - Enter the username and password that was provided to you.

Click on the "Menu" icon from the top right corner of your screen. Click "Login" to advance to the login page. Enter the username and password that was provided to you and click "Sign In".

How do I view conference recordings?

Please follow the steps below.

Step 1 - Click on "My Content" to load the recordings you have access to.

Step 2 - Filter the view so only the recordings you are interested in will be displayed.

Step 3 - Click on the "x" to remove the filter added.

Step 4 - Click on the "Play Arrow" that appears when your mouse is over the presentation to begin viewing the recording.

Are you using a mobile device?

Click on the "Menu" icon from the top right corner of your screen. Click on "Content" to advance to the recordings page. Filter the view so only the recordings you are interested in will be displayed. Click on the "x" to remove the filter added. How do I download recordings?

Please follow the steps below.

Step 1 - Click on "Content" to load the recordings you have access to.

Step 2 - Filter the view so only the recordings you are interested in will be displayed.

Step 3 - Click on the "x" to remove the filter added.

Step 4 - Click on the "MP3" button to begin downloading the recording. **MP3 is audio only**

Filter the view so only the recordings you are interested in will be displayed. Click on the "x" to remove the filter added. Click on the "MP3" button to begin downloading the recording. **MP3 is audio only**

How do I purchase conference recordings?

Please follow the steps below.

Step 1 - Click on "Store" to load the shopping page.

Step 2 - Filter the view so only the recordings you are interested in purchasing will be displayed.

Step 3 - Click on the "x" to remove the filter added.

Step 4 - Click on the "Buy" button.

Step 5 - Click on "Add to Cart" button. **You can add more than 1 item to your cart on this page**

Step 6 - Click on either the "Checkout" button or the shopping cart icon that appear on the top right of your page to complete you purchase.

Step 7 - Confirm the item/s in your cart are correct.

Step 8 - Click on "Proceed to Next Step".

Step 9 - Enter your billing information. **Please ensure the billing information entered here matches the credit card's billing address you are using**

Step 10 - Click on "Proceed to Next Step".

Step 11 - Verify your order.

Step 12 - Click on "Proceed to Next Step".

Step 13 - Enter your credit card information.

Step 14 - Click on "Proceed to Next Step". **Your order will be processed at this point, and if payment is successful you will advance to the final page of the process which will display your receipt, additionally you will receive an email confirmation with your order details**

Click on either the "Checkout" button or the shopping cart icon that appear on the top right of your page to complete you purchase. Confirm the item/s in your cart are correct. Click on "Proceed to Next Step". Enter your billing information. Click on "Proceed to Next Step". Verify your order. Click on "Proceed to Next Step". Enter your credit card information. Click on "Proceed to Next Step".

NOTES:
